Mr. Zhou Rui, male, the Han nationality, was born in October 1972. He holds a college degree and has no permanent right of residence abroad.

He once served as the production dispatcher and workshop director of Laian County Fertilizer Factory. From December 2006, he has been working as the production section chief, production manager and general manager assistant of Anhui Jinhe Industrial Co.,Ltd, and is currently the vice general manager of the company.
