Ten Bans on Safety Production

1. Smoking in the plant area is strictly prohibited. It’s strictly prohibited to bring the cigarette and kindling into inflammable and explosive areas. In case of any violator, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

2. It’s strictly prohibited to work after drinking or drink on duty. In case of any violator, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

3. It’s strictly prohibited to leave or sleep in working hours. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

4. It’s strictly prohibited to work at heights without safety belt. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any operator carries out second-level or higher-level high-place work (more than 5m) without safety belt, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

5. It’s strictly prohibited to engage in hot work, confined space work, high-place work, blinding-pipeline operation with stop plate, temporary electricity use work and hoisting work without permission. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

6. The on-site monitoring personnel for hot work, confined space work, high-place work and hoisting work are strictly prohibited to leave their posts arbitrarily. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

7. Special operation approval personnel are strictly prohibited to sign arbitrarily without on-site safety confirmation. The violator will be demoted. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

8. Loading and unloading personnel of hazardous chemicals are strictly prohibited to leave their posts arbitrarily. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

9. It’s strictly prohibited to sell or purchase hazardous chemicals to or from the enterprises or individuals that have not obtained relevant qualifications. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.

10. It’s strictly prohibited to cancel or remove the safety interlocking without permission. The violator will be subject to laid-off training. In case any consequence is caused, corresponding labor contract will be terminated.
