Anhui Jinxuan Technology Co., Ltd.

Incorporated in December 1, 2017, Anhui Jinxuan Technological Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Jinhe Industrial Group which is located in Yanhua Industrial Park, Dingyuan County, Chuzhou, Anhui Province, with its registered capital of CNY 50 million.

Anhui Jinxuan Technological Co., Ltd. is the second production base established by the parent company in Dingyuan County Yanhua Industrial Park – Jinhe Industrial Group Circular Economy Industrial Park, wherein the company plans a two-phase construction project with the total investment of approx. CNY 2.25 billion including the total investment of CNY 800-1,000 million for Phase I to construct a project with the annual yield of 20,000 tons furfural and the downstream products: 5,000 tons of 2-methyl furan, 3,000 tons of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, 1,000 tons of furan ammonium salt; to construct a project with the annual yield of 40,000 tons sulfoxide chloride by taking chlorine gas as raw materials; and 4,500 tons of Jiale musk solution as well as a 3000t/d sewage treatment plant and a 120t/d pure water production project supporting the whole circular economic industrial park.

Established as wholly-owned subsidiary, Dingyuan County Jinxuan New Energy Ltd. constructs a cogeneration project of 130t/h biomass boiler and the supporting 30 MW power generation sets based on burning such raw materials as furfural slag biomass, and this project is in the trial production stage with all indicators acceptable.
