Hu Xiaoming—independent director

      Mr. Hu Xiaoming, the Han nationality, was born in 1963. He holds a doctoral degree and has no permanent right of residence abroad.

Mr. Hu is professor of Accounting School of Nanjing University of Finance & Economics Economics, Director of Academic Committee and National First-class Professional Leader of Auditing. He successively served as the deputy director of the Financial Management Department, the deputy director of the Audit Department, and the director of the Asset Evaluation Department of Nanjing University of Finance & Economics.Meanwhile, he served as China’s Note Non-practicing member of certified public accountant, senior member of Accounting Society of China, consulting expert of China Appraisal Standards Committee; Besides, he served as the director and the special researcher of China Appraisal Society, executive director of Jiangsu Province Appraisal Society. Mr. Hu Xiaoming also has successively held the posts of Independent Director of NARI Technology Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Nanjing Xinjiekou Department Store Co.,Ltd, Independent Director of Zhongnanhong Red Culture Group Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Jiangsu Lopal Tech.Co.,Ltd.

     At present, he is an independent director of Nanjing Quanxin Cable Technology Co.,Ltd.(300447) and an independent director of Jiangsu Advanced Materials Co.,Ltd ( 300325).
